An encouraging light in the current darkness is to see the vast amount of companies and individuals that contribute, provide competence, resources and support to help reduce effects for others or solve the crisis.

A fantastic recent example is Absolut Vodka who are adapting to produce hand disinfectants.

As almost all B2B sales organizations are suffering, at 3S we want to share and offer our knowledge and experience on how a sales organization can handle the crisis and prepare for when the tide turns.

Many of us at 3s have been through several crisis’ before, we have supported companies to handle them and come out stronger. Our concepts, tools and methods for developing, steering and managing B2B sales organizations are much needed now, which is why we hav decided to share them freely.

Within the near future we will provide articles, guides, templates and webinars for anyone in need of support.
