International Executive Workshop – Madrid – November 30 2018

Challenges and success factors in managing, leading and developing an International Sales Organization.

In June, 3S relaunched its successful International Executive Workshop with an event in Stockholm. This time we will be in Spain!

 

We invite a limited number of Senior Executives to take part in an event with the purpose of sharing experiences and increasing the knowledge and skills needed to build and develop large, international sales organizations.

 

All participants have a senior executive position such as CEO, VP Sales, Business Unit Director, Sales Director or similar role with responsibility for sales and staff in multiple countries.

Content:

 

Mr. Francesco Piccioni, Global Head of Sales, Services, ABB Robotics. Lectures on “How to build, lead and grow an international sales organization in more than 52 countries”.

 

Mr. Gerdt Larsson, 3S, Senior Advisor and Coach to Global Sales Directors: “Reflections on internationalization, my experience in the field.”

 

Mr. Niklas Lagerblad, Senior Consultant and Sales Management specialist, 3S: “Sales Management – the missing link: Where most international companies fail”

 

Based on Mr Piccioni’s remarks, as well as the reflections of Mr Larsson and Mr Lagerblad, we will use the rest of the morning to exchange experiences among the participants and develop ideas on international sales management, with 3S as a facilitator.

 

After the final session, Pica-Pica is served.

 

 

About Francesco Piccioni: Leading his global team from Milan, this Italian has a deep experience in the development and management of a highly successful international sales organization. He shares his experiences and thoughts about the challenges and success factors in leading and pursuing international sales.

 

Francesco will  describe his approach and method for global sales management, helping him to manage and develop more effectively and leading to better impact in the roll-out of global initiatives such as product launches, global pricing and sales processes, at the same time achieving and maintaining a record fast growth.

Gerdt Larsson has more than 30 years of experience in developing international commercial organizations. He successfully led the expansion of international organizations in two Swedish companies in the new eastern European markets for over twenty years.

He shares his recipe for success in international expansion and will relate them to the models and tools developed and applied by 3S in customer projects in the international export industry, with examples from ABB, Electrolux and Audi.

Niklas Lagerblad is based at the 3S office in Barcelona. He has 20 years of experience as Country Manager and Sales Director, successfully establishing and building subsidiaries and leading multiple units within international multinational companies such as IBM.

At 3S he specialises in sales process development and sales management tools and processes adapted to international and geographically spread sales organizations.
