HL Display Sales Management project delivered


Work standards and work pattern for sales management

Last week we delivered the final presentation for our customer HL Display, the leading supplier in helping retailers and brands develop a better shopping experience.

Most people enjoyed the warm summer weather, but some 3S consultants instead had to work through the heat, finalizing a report on role expectations and work standards for sales management in HL Display’s international sales organization.

The project covered the roles of Key Account Manager, Account Executives, Sales Managers and Country Managers.

The result will be rolled out and implemented during the fall. Thanks Björn and his team for a great project!
